About Our Team
Visual Design turns complex financial products into experiences customers can understand, trust, and remember. Through motion, illustration, and visual storytelling, we connect brand promise to product reality, bringing clarity and cohesion to every moment, from discovery and onboarding to everyday use.
We partner with Product Design, Brand, Content Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to create expressive, accessible, and scalable experiences across Affirm’s ecosystem. Our role is to elevate the quality of execution, build visual systems that help teams move with consistency, and use craft to guide attention, explain value, and create moments of confidence and delight. We ensure Affirm does not simply work well - it communicates clearly, feels unmistakably our own, and earns customer trust at every touchpoint.
