Position Summary:
The Talent & Leadership Development Manager is responsible for shaping how AffirmedRx develops, retains, and elevates its talent. This role is accountable for performance management, key talent identification, and succession planning, while designing and delivering leadership development strategies that strengthen capability across all levels of the organization.
This role ensures that AffirmedRx has the processes, insights, and programs in place to drive high performance, build a strong leadership bench, and scale talent practices in alignment with organizational growth.
