Vos futures missions :

En rejoignant notre équipe, vous participerez à différentes missions, toutes orientées vers la certification et la navigabilité à travers tous les programmes d'hélicoptères (y compris R&T). Ensemble, nous contribuerons à l’activité du Laboratoire Matériaux & Procédés (LMP) en supervisant les matériaux depuis la R&T initiale jusqu'à la qualification, la certification, le soutien à la production, la qualité, la sécurité et le support client.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Rédaction et validation des DMOS (Descriptifs de Mode Opératoire de Soudage) et gestion des QMOS (Qualifications de Mode Opératoire de Soudage).

• Résolution des non-conformités internes et externes sur les pièces.

• Assurance de la continuité de la production et de la navigabilité lors des changements de production (obsolescence, transfert d'activités…).

• Participation à l'amélioration continue par le biais d'équipes multifonctionnelles, d'actions correctives et de l'augmentation de la maturité des procédés actuels.

• Contribution à la révision de la documentation du groupe Airbus Helicopters concernant le soudage.

• Qualification et suivi des fournisseurs d'Airbus sur les procédés de fabrication.

• Veille technologique continue sur les procédés de soudage pour proposer et promouvoir des innovations technologiques dans le domaine.

• Support opérationnel sur les procédés de soudage TIG et faisceau d’électrons des matériaux métalliques (pièces de rotor, transmission, structure) pour toutes les plateformes d'Airbus Helicopters.

• Collaboration transversale avec l'Ingénierie, la Production, les Achats et le Support Client (déplacements professionnels prévus 1 à 2 fois par an en Europe).

Votre profil :

• Expérience : Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du soudage, avec une sensibilité à l’impact sur la durée de vie en fatigue des pièces.

• Expertise technique & Formation :

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Bac+5) ou Master spécialisé en Métallurgie, Matériaux, ou Génie Mécanique.

  • Certification IWE (International Welding Engineer) / EWE (European Welding Engineer).

  • Connaissance approfondie des normes relatives au soudage aéronautique et des contrôles non-destructifs associés (ISO 24394, ISO 16338, ISO 17927, ISO 6520,...).

  • Expérience souhaitée en coordination soudage (ISO 14731).

  • Expérience en gestion de projet, gestion des risques et des problèmes.

• Langues : Niveau négociation en français et en anglais requis.

• Soft skills : Compétences en communication et négociation, esprit pionnier/ouverture d'esprit, fort engagement envers le travail en équipe.

Your future missions:

By joining our team, you will participate in different missions, all focused on certification and airworthiness across all helicopter programs (including R&T). Together, we will contribute to the activity of the Laboratory Material Process (LMP) domain overseeing materials from initial R&T through qualification and certification, production and supply chain support, quality assurance, and customer support.

Your main missions will be:

• Drafting and validation of WPSs (Welding Procedure Specifications) and management of WPQRs (Welding Procedure Qualification Records).

• Solving internal and external non-conformities on parts.

• Ensuring production and airworthiness continuity during production changes (obsolescence, transfer of work…).

• Participating in continuous improvement through multi-function teams, corrective actions, and maturity increase for current processes.

• Contributing to the revision of Airbus Helicopters group documentation regarding welding/machining processes.

• Qualifying and monitoring Airbus’ suppliers on manufacturing processes.

• Performing technological lookout on welding processes, proposing and pushing technological innovations in the domain.

• Providing operational support and leading qualification projects for TIG and Electron Beam Welding processes on metallic materials for rotor, transmission, and airframe parts across all platforms.

• Interfacing with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and improvement projects (travel required 1-2 times a year in Europe).

Your profile:

• Experience: +5 years of experience in the field of welding processes as well as their impact on the fatigue life of parts.

• Technical Expertise & Education:

  • Educated to Master's degree level (or equivalent) in metallic materials, metallurgy, or mechanical engineering.

  • IWE (International Welding Engineer) / EWE (European Welding Engineer) certification.

  • In-depth knowledge of aeronautics standards for welding and associated non-destructive testing (ISO 24394, ISO 16338, ISO 17927, ISO 6520,...).

  • Experience as a welding coordinator is a plus (ISO 14731).

  • Experience in project management as well as risk and issue management.

• Language: Negotiation level in French and English required.

• Soft skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, pioneering spirit / openness to new ideas, strong commitment to teamwork.
