- Track and report key manufacturing metrics through daily, weekly and monthly operating reviews; use the data to address gaps and improve performance.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Product Development, Quality, Finance, Marketing and Customer Experience to align priorities, decisions and launch readiness.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, industry practices and manufacturing capabilities across all assigned product formats.
- Promote clear communication, accountability and a culture in which compliance or quality concerns are raised promptly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 8+ years of experience working with third-party contract manufacturers, including leadership experience in a manufacturing facility or comparable production environment.
- Experience in consumer goods manufacturing and strong knowledge of production processes, systems and vendor relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with ready-to-drink manufacturing and gummy or softgel manufacturing; familiarity with all three formats is strongly preferred.
- Ability to diagnose production issues, manage multiple work streams and drive improvements through external partners and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
