AGAD Technology is growing, and we are looking for our next Business Manager to help accelerate our development in Belgium.
This role combines business development, client management, recruitment involvement, and consultants' follow-up.
Your Mission
Business Development
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
- Meet decision-makers and understand their IT staffing and consulting needs.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and daily rates.
- Build AGAD's presence within key accounts.
Consultant Management
- Work closely with recruitment teams to identify the right consultants.
- Participate in candidate interviews and selections.
- Ensure follow-up, retention, and career development of consultants.
- Anticipate project renewals and new opportunities.
Business Management
- Manage your own revenue and margin objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow KPIs and business performance.
- Contribute actively to AGAD's growth strategy.
Requirements
