We're seeking an Automation Engineer to design and build business process automation, custom applications, and reporting solutions, primarily utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI. This position works directly with customers to define what needs to be built, develops and documents the design, and ultimately implements in both development and production environments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead requirements discovery sessions with customer stakeholders, map current-state business processes, and translate them into documented functional and technical requirements.
- Produce solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and process maps ahead of development, and present designs for customer review and approval.
