The Inventory Specialist manages inventory accountability, asset tracking, warehouse operations, and logistics support for a DoD agency's network equipment. Ensures accurate asset records, timely equipment distribution, and compliance with Government property management and disposition requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for network hardware, software, licenses, and supporting equipment.
- Track more than 10,000 network assets and associated inventory records.
- Perform monthly inventory validations and annual physical inventories.
- Maintain asset information in ServiceNow IT Asset Management and related inventory tracking systems.
- Verify asset records, identify discrepancies, and reconcile inventory anomalies.
