The SharePoint Analyst Lead analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. Identifies resources required for each task. The SharePoint Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the functional and analytical aspects of the SharePoint Online (SPO) environment within the DOD365-J tenant. This role bridges the gap between business users, mission partners, and technical teams by analyzing user requirements, optimizing collaboration solutions, and ensuring operational continuity across SharePoint and integrated Microsoft platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse. The SharePoint Analyst Lead supports modernization and migration efforts away from deprecated SharePoint features, provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, and ensures functional solutions comply with DISA and DoD policies.
