Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Trainer to join the Academy team in Glostrup.
The Academy serves as Agilent's center for technical trainings, product demonstrations, customer engagement, and VIP events, showcasing how our pathology solutions support laboratories and healthcare professionals in the fight against cancer.
In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with training, customer support, and laboratory management responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality learning experiences for internal stakeholders while supporting various commercial and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Training and Demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver technical training sessions on selected pathology products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations for internal Agilent employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Support the planning and execution of Academy events and workshops.
Technical Support
- Provide application support to Application Specialists, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Assist with technical inquiries related to pathology workflows, staining procedures, and product applications.
- Participate in product launch and post-launch activities.
Laboratory Operations
- Ensure the Academy laboratory remains a high-quality environment for demonstrations, training activities, and customer visits.
- Ensure equipment readiness, laboratory organization, and compliance with safety requirements.
- Support Sales and Marketing activities, including slide staining and preparation of demonstration materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and local projects.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience working in a pathology, histology, diagnostic, or laboratory environment.
- Understanding of pathology workflows, staining techniques, and laboratory processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency with standard IT applications and digital tools.
- Bachelor's, Master's Degree or equivalent.
Preferred
- Certification or educational background as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist, Bioanalyst, Histology Technician, or similar.
- Knowledge of histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
- Experience with Agilent pathology products.
- Experience delivering classroom, virtual or hands-on trainings.
- Ability to engage and inspire learners with different levels of technical expertise.
