About the role
On behalf of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), AHA's large team of data collectors will work with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants to collect survey data that will help the NDIA measure the impact of the NDIS on its participants.
The role involves:
- Making outbound calls to people with a disability who are registered with the NDIS (and/or a carer/family member) to collect accurate data about how different aspects of their lives are going.
- Working a rotating roster, 4 or 5 days per week, 7.5 hours per day across a range of hours (9am – 8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-5pm Friday and Saturday).
