Luxury Developer Handover Manager

AHS, a leading name in luxury real estate development, is seeking an experienced and client-focused Handover Manager to oversee the seamless transition of properties from completion to ownership. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end handover process, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and delivering a smooth and professional journey for clients.

The Handover Manager will act as the key point of contact for buyers throughout the handover phase, managing communication, documentation, inspections, and property delivery processes while maintaining the highest standards expected from a luxury real estate developer.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete property handover process from pre-handover preparations to final unit delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the handover journey, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• Coordinate and schedule property inspections, snagging visits, and handover appointments.
• Guide clients through required documentation, payments, approvals, and handover procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of handover status, client communications, and outstanding requirements.
• Prepare regular handover reports, tracking completed handovers, pending actions, client feedback, and key issues.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure time
