Job Description & Requirements (Governance Structure Construction & Operations Lead)

With AIRoA’s rapid business expansion and organizational growth, we are seeking a Governance Lead [or Governance Specialist] to strengthen and solidify the foundation of our association.

In this position, you will not simply operate existing rules, but will integrally drive solutions—ranging from resolving immediate governance-related challenges in business operations to designing and addressing mid- to long-term organizational issues. We look for a leader who can establish an optimal governance framework that balances strategic growth with risk management, ensuring we maintain our business momentum without compromising speed.
