Design Engineer

About Aibidia

Aibidia is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how multinational businesses manage transfer pricing. We're building intelligent, scalable software that simplifies complex tax and compliance processes, helping some of the world's largest organisations work more efficiently and confidently.

We're a team that values curiosity, ownership and pragmatic problem-solving. As we continue to evolve our products and embrace AI-native ways of working, we're looking for a Design Engineer to help shape the next generation of our platform.

The Role

We're looking for an AI-first Design Engineer who combines strong technical capabilities with a solid understanding of product design, UX and usability.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of design and engineering. You'll work on complex, data-rich enterprise software, using modern AI tools to rapidly prototype, iterate and deliver intuitive product experiences.

We're not looking for someone who simply creates beautiful interfaces or follows traditional, lengthy design processes. We want someone who thinks systematically, understands how software is built and knows how to leverage AI to turn complex requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions.<
