Mountain View, CA | AI Fund | Full-time AI Fund is a venture studio founded by Dr. Andrew Ng in 2017. We build AI companies from the ground up with corporate partners, investors, and elite founders, backed by a fund from top-tier global corporations and VC firms. Our purpose is to build AI companies that move humanity forward. Our Engineer in Residence (EIR) program puts a hands-on GenAI builder on an idea for 12 weeks to test it with real users. The strongest go on to found the company, and that is the only way AI Fund deploys capital: every company we fund starts with an EIR hire. The person in this role will own full-cycle recruiting for EIRs and for AI Fund's own team, from first conversation to signed offer. We're rethinking how recruiting works now that AI exists. We're after 5x improvements, not 5% gains, and the recruiter in this seat helps build that.
