Demand, Content & Brand Marketeer (Full-Funnel Owner)
Are you the kind of marketeer who can take a blank page and turn it into pipeline—by building a clear point of view, sharp messaging, and campaigns that actually convert? Do you enjoy owning the whole journey, from first impression to qualified lead, and improving it relentlessly with data?
At AIMMS, our optimization technology powers mission-critical decisions for global enterprises—helping leaders run smarter supply chains, plan production, and allocate resources at scale. We’re 37 years old, we lead our space, and we’re scaling. That means we need a marketeer who sees brand and content as growth engines and can move the needle on awareness, consideration, and revenue impact.
We’re hiring a Demand, Content & Brand Marketeer who will own the full funnel.
A Role You Can Shape
This is not a “make a few posts and manage some assets” role. It’s a high-ownership seat in a growing marketing team, with room to grow and the ability to influence how AIMMS shows up in the market. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your work will be visible, measurable, and tightly connected to business outcomes.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who is hands-on, AI-native, and excited to own the day-to-day reality of our GTM stack—making it trustworthy, usable, and scalable.
You’ll have the mandate to:
Own the funnel, end-to-end: From brand awareness through to lead generation and conversion—connecting messaging, content, and campaigns to pipeline.
Build a coherent market presence: Tighten positioning, voice, and visual consistency across all channels so our story is unmistakably AIMMS.
Operate like a growth-minded creative: Launch, measure, iterate—treating content, landing pages, and campaigns as levers you continually improve.
Collaborate across the business: Work closely with Sales and Product to ensure we attract the right ICP, address real buyer pain, and support revenue outcomes.
Work globally, across industries: Gain hands-on experience in global marketing operations and exposure to a wide range of sectors where optimization matters.
You will:
Plan and run demand-generation campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue.
Create content that attracts, educates, and converts your ICP across web, blogs, case studies, and other formats.
Keep messaging and creative consistent across channels, writing clear, persuasive copy.
Measure performance and improve traffic, lead generation, conversion, and ICP engagement.
Partner with Sales, Product, Design, and Growth to align campaigns with buyer needs and optimize execution.
What Makes You Successful in This Role
You don’t need to match a rigid checklist, but we’re looking for a full-funnel marketeer who combines strong creative instincts with measurable execution.
You’ll thrive if you bring:
Proven demand generation experience: You’ve created campaigns that generated measurable demand and you’re comfortable working with KPIs.
Strong content strategy and copywriting: You can plan content programs and produce (or drive production of) content that’s clear, sharp, and conversion-minded.
Performance channel familiarity: Experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, or similar platforms—and an understanding of what makes ads and landing pages work together.
A conversion-focused UX/design mindset: You understand how user experience drives engagement and conversion; you can brief designers, read wireframes, and improve landing page and content flows.
Attribution and tracking literacy: You understand the basics of tracking and can support KPI reporting and performance readouts.
Comfort with AI workflows: Experience designing AI prompts and workflows to speed up or improve content and campaign execution.
Strong collaboration and communication: Direct, results-focused, comfortable working across teams and aligning stakeholders.
Nice to have: PR experience. Also appreciated: dry humor.
Life at AIMMS: The Good Stuff
You’ll step into a role where your work is visible, valued, and has direct impact on our growth—within a company that combines stability with ambition.
Real ownership and impact: You’ll shape how AIMMS is perceived in the market and directly influence demand and pipeline outcomes.
A high-visibility role: Direct reporting line to the Head of Marketing and close collaboration with Sales and Product.
Room to grow: Join a scaling marketing team with broad scope, responsibility, and development opportunities.
Variety and challenge: Exposure to global enterprise buyers and multiple industries where optimization is mission-critical.
A smart, no-nonsense environment: Direct communication, high standards, and a team focused on outcomes—not vanity metrics.

AIMMS: Who We Are (and why it matters)
It all started in 1989, when we saw a huge untapped potential for mathematical optimization. Since then, AIMMS has touched many aspects of people’s daily lives—from the electricity delivered to our homes and the distribution of vaccines to emission-reduction policymaking. Today, as a product-led SaaS company, we support industries worldwide—from logistics to sustainability—enabling smarter, faster, and greener choices.
How AIMMS made impact:
Remember the urgency of COVID? Our technology helped Dutch hospitals predict where ICU beds and staff would run short, and decide in minutes how to spread patients so no region was overwhelmed. That’s how we turn complex data into life-saving decisions – and the kind of impact you can have here.
