As an Appointment Coordinator at AirSculpt®, you will:
- Conduct in-depth qualification on 100+ leads daily and adhere to our established lead process as outlined in our training manual.
- Leverage our CRM tool to engage with prospective patients through text, email or phone communication, aiming to arrange either an in-clinic or virtual consultation.
- Be responsible for establishing and meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals as part of your role.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales (preferably inside sales) or customer service experience
- Ability to handle large volume of outbound calls and cha
