About your team:
We are a passionate and ambitious team of 140+ people on a mission to succeed with our award-winning signature solution – SignNow.

We're hiring a hands-on quality leader to manage a team and drive our transition to agentic quality engineering, starting now.This role has two equal halves. You'll lead a team of 6-10 Automation Quality Engineers, owning hiring, performance, and career growth. You'll also stay hands-on yourself: someone who came up through AQE or principal engineering, thinks in systems, and has genuinely built with agentic AI, not just adopted AI coding tools.
The right person for this role doesn't come from QA management. They come from engineering. They've been the de-facto quality authority on their team before having the title. They can whiteboard quality architecture with platform engineers, drive an agentic pilot with their team the next day, and review a PR the day after that.
