What You Will Do:
As we grow our Gdansk office, we are hiring an IT Support Analyst to be the hands-on technical backbone of the workplace. You will own the end-to-end IT experience for the team, from endpoint troubleshooting across a mixed macOS and Windows fleet to the physical network and conference-room infrastructure that keeps the office running. Operating in a fast-paced startup environment, you will be the on-site point of contact: resolving complex issues, owning onboarding and offboarding, administering our business SaaS applications, and making sure every endpoint, meeting room, and tool meets our security baseline. You will work alongside our security team across time zones, picking up first-line access and security requests and growing into the automation and tooling that keeps them from coming back.
