This role owns the execution of acquisition, retention and loyalty campaigns for Airtasker's fastest-growing products (Memberships and Rebooking) across every region we serve, plus usage of our core product. You'll report to the CRM & Product Marketing Lead and sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience, always with an eye on what actually moves Customers and Taskers.

What you'll do:

• Build and launch campaigns in Braze, including in-app messages, emails, banners, push and SMS, in support of Rebooking, Memberships, Airflare and Growth

• Help run our loyalty program, from giveaways and merch drops to referrals, to keep Members engaged
