Product & Customer Marketing Manager

Job Description

About the role

Our customers have the best stories in accounting, and we need someone to tell them. We're looking for a Product and Customer Marketing Manager who owns our story end to end: how we launch, how we sell, and how our customers talk about us; from launch messaging to the customer proof that wins deals. Aiwyn is the platform accounting firms run on for payments, practice management, client experience, and tax, and we work with the majority of the Top 500 firms in the country. You'll turn what our customers and product teams know into messaging, launches, and proof that helps sales win and helps firms get more from Aiwyn.

You'll partner daily with the growth marketing manager, sales, and product: you find the story and sharpen the message, and they take it to market at scale.

What you'll do:

You'll own product launches, messaging, enablement, and customer marketing across our four products. A week in the life might include:

  • Tiering an upcoming release and writing the launch brief that Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing all work from

  • Interviewing a firm's leadership team about what changed after going live, and pulling out the proof points for a case study

  • Building a message map for a new feature and testing it with the sales team

  • Running an enablement session on a launch, then updating the pitch deck and one-pagers

  • Refreshing competitive battlecards after a deal review

  • Managing our customer reference program so sales always has the right firm to call

  • Drafting a launch press release or an award submission

  • Ghostwriting a LinkedIn post or byline for one of our executives

  • Bringing what you hear from customers back to Product so it shows up on the roadmap

  • Writing the internal launch announcement so every team knows what shipped and why it matters

How you'll make an impact: You'll own outcomes that show up in the business: win rate, product adoption, and how consistently our message lands in the field. We'll be clear about the goals and just as invested in helping you reach them.

What we're looking for:

You have 4 plus years of product and customer marketing experience in B2B SaaS, and you've owned launches from brief to enablement to results. You're as comfortable interviewing a managing partner as you are sitting in a product review, and you can take a complex feature and explain, in one sentence, why a busy firm leader should care.

Customer marketing is part of who you are. You know how to find a great story, earn a customer's trust to tell it, and turn it into proof sales uses every week.

Strong writing is essential. You'll write message maps, launch briefs, enablement content, press releases, and executive posts, and each one needs its own voice.

Requirements:

  • 4 plus years of product and/or customer marketing experience in B2B SaaS

  • A track record of owning product launches end-to-end, including tiering, messaging, and sales enablement

  • Customer marketing experience with case studies, references, advocacy, or customer advisory programs

  • Experience marketing to back-office buyers such as finance, operations, or accounting (accounting or professional services experience is a strong plus)

  • Writing and storytelling samples you're proud to share

  • Experience building competitive intelligence and battlecards

  • Comfort presenting to sales teams and customers

  • AI tools are part of how you work every day, and you can walk us through your workflow

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Canva

  • Startup experience preferred, but not required

What to expect

You'll report to our director of marketing and work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success every week. We're a small, high-performing team, and it shows in how we work: the pace is quick, priorities shift as we learn what's working, and everyone contributes beyond their lane.

You'll fit right in if you love a good launch day, get a kick out of hearing a customer describe a win in their own words, and want your work to show up in closed deals. We're building something meaningful alongside our customers, and we'd love for you to help shape how the world hears about it.

Benefits and Perks:

  • The big-picture value proposition of this role is simple: join us, and you'll be paid competitively to have freedom in solving worthwhile, challenging problems alongside other A-players at a fast growing SaaS startup led by an experienced and successful co-founding team with industry experience.

Other benefits include:

  1. Adventure travel stipend - you receive a $1,000 travel reimbursement on your work anniversary each year. We encourage our team to recharge and explore the world beyond their home office walls.

  2. Remote, work-from-anywhere culture

  3. Flexible PTO

  4. World Class health benefits - we believe in fostering flourishing teams by providing benefits that go beyond the usual standards - Health, vision, dental, HSA/FSA, and mental health support.

  5. Stock options - every Full Time Employee has ownership in Aiwyn's future and success.

  6. 401(k) matching

Our Values:

  • Relentless by Design

  • Owners not Renters

  • Trust at the Core
