Position Overview

LaunchEd connects schools with innovative products and solutions that address real challenges in education. LaunchEd Strategic Partnerships Coordinator helps keep the entire LaunchEd platform running smoothly by coordinating people, opportunities, and information from first contact through early evaluation. You'll help keep that ecosystem running smoothly by coordinating opportunities from initial intake through early evaluation, ensuring the right people, information, and conversations move forward without delays.

You'll serve as a central point of coordination between educators, school leaders, company founders, and internal teams. Your work will include managing the intake pipeline, coordinating meetings and demos, maintaining accurate records in Monday.com, facilitating educator feedback sessions through the LaunchEd Innovators Network, and ensuring smooth handoffs across teams. You'll help transform real classroom insights into opportunities that guide how LaunchEd evaluates new solutions.

LaunchEd Intake (Stage 1 & 2)

• Serve as a point of contact for product and solution requests originating across the Red Apple

enterprise.

• Support early-stage screening of inbound companies against LaunchEd intake criteria and the four

core pillars.
