At Ajaib, we are on a mission to revolutionize investment in Indonesia by making it accessible and simple for everyone. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Insights Intern to join to our team. This role will be supporting end-to-end research projects across investment products and customer segments. You will have balanced role across research & insight and research operations.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate from relevant fields
- Comfortable working with data using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with research documentation, data tabulation, and research-related operational tracking
- Strong interest in consumer behavior, customer insight, market research, and data analysis</
