Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to report directly to our VP, People Business Partner. In this role, you will work hands-on with business line leaders and department heads to translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives. You will execute talent strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, lead HiPo retention programs, drive performance management, and elevate employee trust and engagement across high-growth business units.
This role requires a commercially minded, hands-on HR practitioner who can build strong relationships across teams, challenge stakeholders constructively, and turn workforce data into actionable business solutions.
