Lead CCTV Industrialization Engineer

Ajax Systems, an international tech company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe. We are looking for an experienced Lead CCTV Industrialization Engineer and NPI Expert with broad hands-on expertise in electronic, mechanical, and optical product development, manufacturing introduction, validation, and production testing. The key objective of this role is to share practical expertise across R&D, NPI, and Manufacturing, to build up proper CCTV manufacturing processes, ecosystem, and lines to maximize throughput and efficiency. A mandatory requirement is substantial practical experience in a mature, well-established company with proven engineering and manufacturing processes for video surveillance IP cameras and similar devices.
