About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll play an important role in maintaining AlayaCare’s financial health by managing customer collections, applying payments accurately, and supporting reliable cash-flow forecasting. You’ll work closely with customers, Account Management, and Finance to resolve outstanding balances, investigate payment discrepancies, and keep customer accounts up to date.
