Project Manager - DATA CENTER FREDERICK MARYLAND

The Project Manager – Data Center BAS & EPMS is responsible for leading mission-critical Building Automation System (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) projects from design through commissioning and turnover. This role ensures high‑reliability delivery for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center environments where uptime, accuracy, and compliance are essential. The Senior Project Manager acts as the primary client interface, oversees multi‑discipline teams, manages budgets and schedules, and ensures that all systems are delivered to data center industry standards.

Essential Functions:

Project & Portfolio Management

• Lead a portfolio of large-scale data center BAS and EPMS projects.
• Ensure alignment with client SLAs, commissioning milestones, MOP/EOP standards, and critical-path schedules.
• Drive planning, coordination, and execution while managing risks unique to mission‑critical facilities.
• Mentor junior PMs and associate PMs as well as Project Superintendents in data center delivery standards.

Resource & Subcontractor Management

• Coordinate internal engineers, programmers, field technicians, electricians, and commissioning partners.
• Oversee subcontractors responsible for controls installation, metering installation, fiber/copper networks, and panel fabrication.
