JOB PURPOSE  Develop and execute wealth management strategies, with a focus on real estate investments. Identify growth opportunities through partnerships with financial institutions and tailored initiatives for private investors and HNW individuals. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute wealth management strategies aligned with the sales department's objectives. Ensure strategies meet the specific needs of high-net-worth clients. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors interested in real estate investments. Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored real estate wealth management solutions and investment guidance. Support team members in delivering personalized real estate wealth management solutions locally and globally. Collaborate with the team to enhance overall client satisfaction and business growth. Identify new segments and emerging financial markets to uncover potential business opportunities. Develop business opportunities, such as joint ventures (JV), build-to-suit (BTS), and land sales, catering to high-net-worth individuals.
