Fleet Reliability Engineer

Summary The Fleet Reliability Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the ongoing airworthiness, operational performance, and safety of Allegiant’s expanding fleet. This role bridges engineering acumen with analytical rigor and regulatory compliance, driving data-driven reliability improvements across aircraft systems and components.   The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong technical and investigative skills, capable of supporting FAA-mandated Reliability Programs, analyzing data to identify mechanical and operational trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and OEM partners. This is a strategic, high-visibility role well suited for proactive professionals passionate about aviation safety and continuous improvement.   Visa Sponsorship Available: No   Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education: Bachelor’s Degree Education Details: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as aerospace engineering, aviation management, statistics, systems engineering, business analytics, or information systems.  Years of Experience:   Minimum three (3) years experience in aviation reliability/airline technical operations or; Minimum two (2) years experience in aviation reliability/airline technical operations with a Master's.   •Strong analytical and investigative skills
