Specialist I, Stations Standards

Summary: The Standard Specialist I is responsible for supporting the development, documentation, and maintenance of operational policies and procedures related to Station Operations. This position focuses on ensuring clarity, compliance, and usability of policy content, while collaborating with internal departments to support operational effectiveness and frontline adoption.   Visa Sponsorship Available: No   Minimum Requirements: Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.   Education: Bachelor’s Degree Education Details: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Airline Operations Experience.   Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in airport or airline operations, documentation, or training support. •Strong written communication and organizational skills. •Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow processes, and meet deadlines. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook). •Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.   Preferred Requirements:   Job Duties: •Assist in researching and drafting new or revised policies, procedures, and job aids that align with regulatory requirements and company standards. •Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather operational insights and feedback. •Maintain policy documentation through approved systems and ensure proper version control and change tracking
