Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner I position is responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities for assigned business units. This includes responsibilities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into Allegiant as well as partnering with hiring manager to help build a workforce with the Allegiant core values and critical skills needed to move the business forward. You will actively participate in reviewing candidate resumes and profiles; conducting interviews; making assessments and recommending talent; negotiating and presenting offers; providing status communications and notifications to candidates; maintaining candidate workflow and notes via the applicant tracking system (ATS); etc. Visa Sponsorship Available No Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
