As the industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of abrasive blasting equipment and supplies, our Fairfield location is critical to our overall business strategy, fueling Allredi's growth across North America. The Branch Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales support, customer service, order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, delivery, rental, and service operations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Sales Support and Customer Service:

· Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure the timely preparation of accurate quotations.

· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
