Supply Chain Assistant

The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for supporting the accurate and efficient processing of direct shipments, pricing information, and product data. This position works closely with internal teams, vendors, and other business partners to ensure direct orders are processed correctly, pricing information remains current, and business data is maintained accurately within company systems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

·        Manage and process direct shipments, ensuring orders and shipment information are entered accurately and completed in a timely manner.

·        Coordinate direct shipment information with vendors, internal departments, and other appropriate business partners.

·        Enter, upload, and maintain vendor price files within company systems.
