About the team
Strategic Finance is part of Alma's Finance team and reports to the CFO. Our job is to understand Alma's economics better than anyone: we own the top line, the unit economics and the Contribution Margin, and we turn that knowledge into decisions on pricing, partnerships, markets and products.
We are organising the team so that each person owns a piece of Alma's P&L from start to finish: its business plan, its recurring analysis, its key finance processes, its business partners and its Board materials. Depending on the scope, that piece can be payments
