CRM LIFECYCLE SPECIALIST
We are seeking a CRM Lifecycle Specialist to support the execution and ongoing optimization of lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, mobile push, and other retention touchpoints. Reporting into the CRM Lifecycle Manager, you will help bring customer engagement strategies to life through hands-on campaign building, audience segmentation, rigorous quality assurance, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
