OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven CRM Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of lifecycle journeys, triggered communications, and marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other retention channels for Alo's international markets. Reporting to the Director of International CRM, you will translate the global CRM strategy into locally relevant, high-performing programs across priority markets, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, Korea, China, and Japan. You'll drive repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and brand loyalty through culturally relevant engagement. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with a strategic, brand-first mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.<
