OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced Manager, HR Operations to lead and manage our HR processes. This role will design, implement, and own end-to-end programs across Human Resources and ensuring these processes are consistent, compliant, data-driven, and scalable as the organization grows. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners to design programs that meet business needs and create clear, accessible communications and materials so employees and managers understand how to navigate each process.
