ROLE OVERVIEW
- The Merchandising team builds and executes global product strategies that put the right assortment in the right place at the right time — meeting customers' unmet needs, growing the brand, and delivering on long-term company goals. We stay close to marketplace dynamics and customer behavior to spot opportunities that maximize demand. The Merchandising Assistant owns accurate, timely data entry and maintenance across our merchandising systems and tools, in support of the team's assortment strategy and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the creation and maintenance of seasonal line plan - creation of tool, data maintenance and updates throughout the season
- Support development of Bags assortment strategies across e-commerce, store, wholesale, and international channels; learn the fundamentals of line editing and build a point
