We invest in RBTs who grow with us – earn a bonus at every milestone:

• $100 at 90 days

• $200 at 6 months

• $200 at 1 year

• $500 at 2 years

If you want work that challenges you, changes lives, and builds a real career, this is it. For many of our roles you don’t need your RBT certification to apply. What matters most is that you love working with kids, you’re dependable, and you’re ready to show up. Some roles do require an active certification, but if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you find your path to getting there.

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. We hire certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one. Either way, you’ll work alongside a dedicated BCBA who mentors you from day one, not a manager, not a corporate supervisor.
