Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff to help deliver organized, welcoming, and engaging event experiences. This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, supporting event activities, and contributing to a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.

• Welcome attendees and provide general event information.

• Help organize event materials and maintain designated areas.

• Support registration, attendee guidance, and event activities as assigned.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure event tasks are completed efficiently.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional event environment.

• Respond to routine attendee questions and direct requests to the appropriate person.
