Job Description

Park 6 Logistics is seeking a driven and dependable Trainee Leader to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing practical leadership and operational management skills while working closely with experienced team members and supervisors. The Trainee Leader will gain exposure to daily operations, team coordination, performance management, workflow organization, and problem-solving.

You will receive hands-on training while gradually taking on greater leadership responsibilities as you develop within the role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities and team coordination.
• Assist leadership with organizing workloads, priorities, and daily objectives.
• Help maintain efficient workflows and high operational standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.

• Support employee training, onboarding, and day-to-day guidance.
