Construction Project Manager - Drywall, Acoustical & Flooring

We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior projects involving drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and related finishes. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, balancing field operations, financial performance, subcontractor coordination, and client expectations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct commercial interior projects from initial mobilization through installation, turnover, and final closeout.
• Establish project schedules, cost budgets, procurement timelines, staffing plans, and execution priorities.
• Analyze drawings, contracts, specifications, and trade scopes to confirm deliverables and resolve potential conflicts before construction progresses.
• Coordinate superintendents, foremen, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, and clients throughout project execution.
• Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, billing, financial projections, and change orders to protect project margins.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, payment applications, change documentation, and project records.
• Manage purchasing, equipment requirements, supplier communication, and material deliveries to support uninterrupted field operations.
