Construction Project Manager - Drywall, Acoustical & Flooring
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior construction projects from contract award through final closeout. This role requires hands-on experience managing commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and related interior finish scopes.
The Project Manager will have ownership of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, project financials, field coordination, change management, subcontractor performance, and client relationships. The ideal candidate understands specialty interior construction and can successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining control of cost, schedule, quality, and field execution.
This is a hands-on project leadership position for someone who can work effectively with field crews, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver profitable, high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, flooring, and related interior construction projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project schedules to verify requirements and identify potential issues.
