Potential Responsibilities
Depending on the engagement, you may:
- Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards studies.
- Guide salary benchmarking, market analysis, and pay structure development.
- Review job classifications, career frameworks, and organizational structures.
- Evaluate internal equity, market competitiveness, and retention challenges.
- Develop compensation strategies, policies, and implementation recommendations.
