Estimator - Commercial Interior Construction

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to develop accurate and competitive bids for commercial interior construction projects.

This role will oversee the estimating process from bid invitation through project handoff, with a primary focus on drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, and related interior finishes. The ideal candidate has strong commercial interior construction estimating experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial interior projects, including drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and related finishes.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and calculate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Solicit, evaluate, and compare pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, constructability concerns, project risks, and value-engineering opportunities.
• Prepare complete bid proposals, scope clarifications, pricing summaries, exclusions, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, field teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients throughout the estimating process
