Human Services Needs Assessment Consultant

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans human-services planning, emergency management and continuity planning, housing and community development, grant administration technical assistance, research and program evaluation, and applied field operations support.

We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with travel as required for client and field sites. We build teams for current live pursuits.

This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal.

AlphaGov is seeking a Human Services Needs Assessment Consultant to assess community needs for a major city and translate evidence, community voice, and service-system analysis into funding priorities and an actionable human-services strategy.

What you'll do:

• Design and lead a community human-services needs assessment across priority populations and service areas
• Collect and analyze demographic, socioeconomic, utilization, outcomes, and community-feedback data
• Engage residents, providers, community-based organizations, funders, and public agencies through interviews, focus groups, and workshops
• Map service capacity, gaps, barriers, and equity
