Pre-Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead estimating, budgeting, planning, and project coordination for commercial construction projects throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.

This position will oversee the full preconstruction process, from initial project pursuit and conceptual estimating through final pricing, planning, and turnover to operations. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial construction background with expertise in estimating, subcontractor procurement, value engineering, constructability, and client coordination.

You will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, Project Managers, and field leadership to develop accurate budgets and establish a clear plan for successful project execution.

• Develop conceptual estimates, detailed estimates, budgets, and pricing throughout the design process.
