Project Manager - Architecture & Engineering Design

We’re seeking an experienced A/E Project Manager to oversee architecture and engineering projects from early planning through design completion, permitting, and construction administration. This role requires a background in an architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary design firm, with responsibility for project performance, team leadership, client communication, and delivery of high-quality design services.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct project execution across design development, engineering, permitting, construction support, and final delivery.
• Establish project scopes, fee budgets, schedules, resource plans, and key deliverables.
• Lead architects, engineers, consultants, and external partners, ensuring responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined.
• Oversee project milestones, design submissions, approvals, open decisions, and progress against established plans.
• Identify design inconsistencies, scope changes, coordination gaps, schedule threats, and budget variances.
• Work with technical teams to resolve design challenges, permitting issues, and construction-related problems.
• Coordinate activities across design, engineering, regulatory approvals, bidding, and construction phases.
