Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects throughout Central Virginia.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through final closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, client communication, field operations, and overall project execution.

The ideal candidate has a strong background with a commercial general contractor and can independently manage projects while effectively coordinating owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, superintendents, and field teams.

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, superintendents, and internal teams.
