Project Manager - Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial drywall and metal framing projects from contract award through final closeout. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and related interior construction scopes and understands the unique scheduling, coordination, procurement, and cost-control requirements of these projects.

This position will have ownership of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, change orders, documentation, client communication, and financial performance. The successful candidate will work closely with general contractors, owners, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal estimating and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
