Project Manager - Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing

We’re hiring a Commercial Interior Construction Project Manager to direct drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and related interior construction projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating field execution, controlling project costs, managing trade partners, and keeping work on schedule from contract award through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial drywall, metal framing, and ceiling projects, overseeing planning, installation, and final delivery.
• Establish project timelines, budgets, purchasing schedules, staffing needs, and execution plans.
• Analyze plans, specifications, contracts, and trade scopes to confirm deliverables and address potential conflicts before work begins.
• Coordinate project activities among owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and field crews.
• Track labor performance, material expenses, subcontractor costs, billing, and change orders to maintain project profitability.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, payment applications, invoices, and other project records.
• Manage material orders and delivery schedules to ensure crews have the resources needed to maintain progress.
• Visit jobsites to assess installation quality, workforce productivity, safety practices, and schedule performance.
